SECRETS
What secrets do you hold? Can you free up these secrets? What do you say about your secrets?
When a secret is made either by yourself or with another's) you should be conscious that the energy of the secret stays with those who accept the secrecy.
A secret is often accepted by a person from another person. The person receiving the secret may consider them self to be "special", "privileged", or above others when receiving the secret. Accepting another's secret disempowers the giver of the secret from dealing with their own frailties and fears. By "joining" them in their secrets you take on the energy that is around that secret.
