Clean up all old bills. Choose to pay them by a certain date. Not as a wish but as a commitment.
This (bill paying) can be an example of the power that you can create.
Send your bills love. Feel the joy in both the people you owe who will be receiving the money and the joy you will have creating the money and paying the debt.
Include everybody that you owe. Thank them for their patience.
This need not be as hard as you make it out to be. It can be fun.
